Job Summary

Provides key administrative and clerical support to the Corporate Canadian Sales organization. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provides key administrative and clerical support to the Sales & Partnership Team including management in this geographic location.
- Timely and accurate production of RFP’s, Customer Reporting, Contract agreements.
- Assistance with corporate account management
- Drive Customer Service activities to best support revenue generating activities
- Assists the sales and business development teams with requests for proposals, sales & business development presentations, sales agreements, monthly reporting, and customer correspondences
- Assist in training coordinators & new account managers with product & services knowledge, including administrative processes.

Required Experience:

- High school diploma.
- Administrative or secretarial education/experience a plus.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in general office environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Must be able to communicate in both French and English clearly, accurately, and effectively both orally and in writing (Bilingual in French).
- Must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast - paced environment.
- Self-motivated, requiring little direct supervision.
- Solid PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and responsibilities.

Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel is required.
