Sales and Marketing Coordinator

About MTM.Design:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies that drive sales and elevate brand visibility;
- Prospect and identify potential business clients in the retail industry by enhancing and optimizing the database of potential customers;
- Create, write, and design marketing and sales tools, content, and targeted campaigns;
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients and prepare, review and finalize sales proposals with the help of the Sales Director;
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, conferences, conventions, sales meetings, and training courses with the Sales Director;
- Prepare, analyze, coordinate, participate in, and distribute monthly marketing and sales reports based on valuable metrics & KPI's;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data, information and files within the CRM and corporate Drive;
- Actively engage in the collection and analysis of customer feedback to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement;
- Conduct thorough research on competitors' products, services, pricing strategies, and market positioning to inform decision-making and stay ahead in the market;
- Support the sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Skills and requirements:
- Exquisite oral and written communication skills, both in English and French;
- Good understanding of marketing and sales performance reports, analytics, KPI’s;
- High level of organization with a client-oriented approach;
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and multitask;
- Excellent knowledge of marketing & sales principles: funnels, cycles and processes, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, etc.

- Comprendre les besoins et défis uniques des clients et préparer, revoir et finaliser les propositions de vente avec l'aide du directeur des ventes;
- Planifier et coordonner les colloques, conférences, conventions, réunions de vente et cours de formation avec le directeur des ventes;
- Préparer, analyser, coordonner, participer à et distribuer des rapports mensuels de marketing et de vente basés sur des métriques et KPI;
- Maintenir des données, informations et fichiers précis et à jour dans le CRM et le Drive;
- S'engager activement dans la collecte et l'analyse des _feedback_ clients pour identifier les tendances, préférences et domaines d'amélioration;
- Effectuer des recherches sur les produits, services, stratégies de tarification et positionnement sur le marché des concurrents pour informer la prise de décision et rester en tête dans le marché;
- Soutenir l'équipe de vente en générant des leads, en qualifiant les prospects et en entretenant les relations avec les clients grâce à une communication efficace et un suivi.
Compétences et exigences:
- Excellentes compétences de communication orale et écrite, en anglais et en français;
- Bonne compréhension des rapports de performance de vente et de marketing, des analyses, des KPI;
- Niveau élevé d'organisation avec une approche orientée client;
- Capacité démontrée à respecter les délais et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois;
- Excellente connaissance des principes de marketing et de vente: entonnoirs, cycles et processus, génération de leads, optimisation du taux de conversion, etc.
