**Key Responsibilities**:
As a core member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible to:

- Coordinate with various parties as required to assist our customers in assessing, negotiating, or settling their claims.
- Working with our internal teams to build customer success resources and knowledge base articles, blog posts, or other resources to improve our ability to support injury.
- Communicate with team members on progress, issues, and needs.

**Qualifications**:

- An ability to follow up with customers to bring their inquiries to a timely conclusion.
- An ability to work independently and empathetically in a sensitive domain.
- Ability to engage in online and in-person conversations with our community, and to grow our community via in-person and digital outreach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- It is an added benefit if you have any of the following experiences or skills:_
- Experience working with support ticketing software or project management software.
- An ability to write blog posts or create videos to expand out our growing support library
- Any experience or interest in the legal or P&C insurance industry.

This position will be funded by a federal government grant program. To qualify, you must meet the requirements of either the Digitial Skills for Youth program or the Venture for Canada Internship program:
