**Position Summary**
As a Research Coordinator, you will work as part of the Customer Success Team. You will work closely with Metricwire customers to map research protocol needs to software solution requirements, identify new Metricwire opportunities relevant to the customer’s research program and position Metricwire as an expert research partner. You will serve as the platform expert for customers throughout their engagement with Metricwire and advocate for their needs internally to ensure successful service delivery.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with sales to identify and document customer research objectives, protocol requirements and project timelines.
- Translate protocol requirements into Metricwire platform capabilities and collaborate with the product team on platform enhancements within the project scope.
- Lead Metricwire platform demonstrations with current and future customers.
- Develop customer onboarding plans and training materials to help customers get the most out of Metricwire’s services.
- Develop and communicate best practices on protocol design, recruitment strategies and analytical approaches with customers.
- Respond to customer support requests, validate issues, coordinate and communicate resolution plans internally and with customers.
- Implement systems and processes to guide evidence-based improvements in platform services and internal operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in psychology or health-related field. (Masters degree preferred).
- Ability to understand and interpret clinical research protocols.
- Experience in a customer-facing role involving a technical or scientific product.
- Comfortable working with datasets including patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and wearable data.
- Proficient in R or Python and comfortable using APIs
- Experience with modern CS and PM software platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Linear).
- Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills.
- Innate ability to understand the customer’s unspoken needs and challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Proven technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
