**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator Intern to support our Sales department. This internship position will provide you with valuable exposure to the sales process, customer relationship management, and sales coordination activities. You will work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth operations, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to create and update sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors' activities, providing valuable insights for the sales team.
- Support the sales team in coordinating and scheduling customer appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining sales files, reports, and databases to ensure efficient access and retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute sales campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Participate in sales meetings, take minutes, and assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Help manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure prompt and satisfactory responses.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes, systems, and tools.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in GSuite and CRM software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
- Previous experience or coursework in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
