Daily & Weekly Repsonsibilities include:

- Communicating directly with clients including making outgoing phone calls for mortgage leads, answering incoming phone calls and responding to any mortgage related inquiries
- Providing admin assistance on all files, data entry, collection of documents and keeping all deal files organized
- Creating efficiency within the office to keep track of all required daily tasks

The requirements for this job include:

- Strong organizational and administrative skills, ability to multi-task and maintain all daily tasks in an organized manner
- Strong listening skills, understanding the needs of the Team leader/agents and clients
- Capabilities of taking efficient notes and following up on all tasks
- Strong computer skills, knowldge and proficiency with MS Office and CRM use
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Mortgage agent license would be a bonus (not a requirement for being hired)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
