Receptionist/admin Assistant

Toronto, Canada Cameo Kitchens Full time

** Please note - this is a summer opportunity and would be great for a student in the interior design field.**
- Greet clients and effectively communicate with clients in the showroom
- Handle telephone inquires, including potential leads and direct calls accordingly
- Prepare contracts, process credit card payments and deposit cheques
- Learn and maintain knowledge of our product and our process
- File, photocopy and scan contracts, drawings, payments, etc.
- Order, organize and label showroom door and colour samples
- Order and stock office supplies, when necessary
- Arrange courier deliveries and schedule appointments
- Provide administrative support to the sales designers and management
- Provide client service support and excellent customer service
- Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom and reception area
- May include other administrative duties as assigned by management
- **Skills Required**_:_
- A minimum of 1 year experience in administration and reception is preferred
- Exemplary interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, esp. Word and Excel
- Must be organized, reliable, punctual and detailed oriented
- Excellent communication and written skills are a must
- Must be mathematically competent and a team player
- Excellent telephone manner is a must
- Must be presentable with a friendly personality

**Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm & occasional Saturdays if required: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm**

**Must live in the vicinity or surrounding area**

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
