Are you a detail-oriented, multitasking dynamo seeking a vibrant work environment?

We're on the lookout for an organized and communicative team player to fill the role of a full-time Office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

**Job responsibilities**:
RECEPTION AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Greet clients and walk-ins in a friendly, prompt, professional, and courteous manner
- Input messages using the BrokerBay system.
- Organize and maintain filing of all transaction-related paperwork
- Order and restock office supplies as needed
- Provide basic/elementary IT support to agents as needed
- Assist with planning and execution of brokerage events and social gatherings
- Additional office management duties as required

MARKETING
- Broker load and manage MLS listings
- Assist agent marketing activities (preparation of feature sheets, photocopying, support agents in creating social media posts)
- Create social media posts to promote the brokerage.
- Maintain the brokerage’s social media presence across all social media platforms.
- Additional marketing duties as required

AGENT SUPPORT
- Create and maintain agent profiles on brokerage website and internal databases.
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new agents in collaboration with the Broker of Record and Office Manager.
- Distribute leads
- Additional agent support duties as required.

- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and solutions-based approach
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Must be able to work independently, as well as cooperatively with others
- Ability to take initiative when required
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Social media and facility with new software and technology is preferred
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and Publisher.
- Prior Real estate office receptionist or admin experience is an asset
- Prior experience with BrokerBay, TRREB MLS, WEBForms, Skyslope, DocuSign and DigiSign is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (required)
