**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

ACML is actively seeking a **Project Coordinator **located in **Vancouver, BC** whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lifecycle Coordination
- Organizes tenant improvement and life cycle projects, including but not limited to; scope of work, develop workplans, review specifications and drawings for the projects as assigned by the client, health authority or the Operations Managers.
- Liaises with internal ACML’s teams to discuss scope of work, impact to operations and maintenance activities both during and post-project implementation, client/site protocol requirements and project scheduling timelines.
- Participates in producing cost estimation/budget preparation to submit for funding approvals.
- Prepare and complete the bid/quote packages and processes, approval submission process to the Operations Manager(s).
- Monitors the project activities with trade contractors, and site facilities team to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and with mínimal disruptions to operations.
- Liaises with the Finance and Operations Managers to discuss and resolve issues of funding, procurement and billings associated with each project.
- Maintains all project documentation records and files them appropriately within the ACML Project Microsoft SharePoint folder.
- Prepares weekly reports regarding the progress of the active Minor Works, Life Cycle, and Ad-hoc Life Cycle projects to the Operations Managers.

Administration & Operations Coordination
- Aids in the development and improvement and company standards, policies and procedures;
- Coordinates and ensures completion of account-specific program deliverables, such as Health & Safety, Training, and Quality Management, etc. and report to next level of management;
- Coordinates monthly reporting requirements, such as Health & Safety, Quality, Training, monthly status reports, project governance, etc.;
- Assists or manages special assignments in line with project goals;
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**WHAT WILL YOU BRING?**
- Post-secondary education, preferably in business administration, etc
- A minimum of 5 years of office experience, preferably in an operations or maintenance environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfort working effectively with all levels of staff.
