Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator provides day to day confidential administrative support to RainCity Housing’s Human Resources department. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources & Labour Relations, the position manages correspondence, performs administrative tasks and functions, and coordinates the work of the Human Resources team.

This generalist role performs a variety of administrative tasks to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency, while working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. As a key point of contact for communication, the Human Resources Coordinator requires the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact, confidentiality and good judgement.

**Position Title**: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, 40 Weekly Hours

**Salary**: $50,000 - $55,000
**Term**: Temporary until January 6, 2025, with possibility of extension.
**Start date**: As soon as possible.
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, A combination of work from home and from head office.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or certificate in Human Resource Administration.
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and its suite of products.
- Strong word-processing abilities.
- Non-profit experience is preferred.
- Governance experience would be ideal.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
- Ability to understand, communicate and support the mission and values of RainCity. Housing, and the models/methods of supporting clients including the principles of Housing First and Harm Reduction.
