Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Securisquad Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, planning and implementing recruitment strategies, and managing contracts and training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Recruitment and Hiring

The Human Resources Manager will plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the company.

Employee Relations

The Human Resources Manager will advise senior management on employee-related matters, respond to employee questions and complaints, and oversee payroll administration.

Training and Development

The Human Resources Manager will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including training and development programs for employees.

Experience and Education

The Human Resources Manager will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

Requirements
  • Language

The Human Resources Manager will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

The Human Resources Manager will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of professionals.

Work Hours

The Human Resources Manager will work 30 to 35 hours per week.
