**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain master schedules for all job sites.
- Respond to external and internal service inquiries.
- Manage costs of training time and non-billable overtime.
- Onboard temporary work from and ensure that associated work orders are completed.
- Assign new staff and re-assign staff.
- Manage vacancies due to absenteeism.
- Maintain and provide reports.
- Recommend disciplinary action to the Operations Manager.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Liaise with the Billing Department, HR and Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ Years of Security industry scheduling experience
- 2+ years experience working with a scheduling system
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior customer service orientation
- Manage the recruitment process
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to track and analyze scheduling trends
- Customer service mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must be fluently bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
- Experience in the Ontario Security Industry
- Experience working with a unionized workforce
