We are currently seeking a **Marketing & Executive Assistant** to join our team and support our business development and operations.

**Role Overview**:
The Marketing & Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Business Development Director and senior leadership in marketing initiatives, client communications, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Support**:

- Assist in creating and updating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional events and client outreach initiatives.

**Executive Assistance**:

- Manage the Business Development Director’s schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including presentations and reports.
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring confidentiality where necessary.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support in preparing proposals, contracts, and client communications.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in a similar role combining marketing and executive support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both **English and French** (bilingualism is essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and social media platforms; experience with CRM systems is an asset.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a team-oriented mindset.
