Note that related experience is a bonus, however experience can be transferable. If you are hard working, extremely organized and have strong customer service skills, this role may be for you

General Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team as required
- Assist with mid/end of month Tenant/Unit review to be communicated to Owner’s via a Sr.
Property Manager.
- Obtain, update, and maintain records on tenant/owner contacts, emergency contacts, insurance certificates unit/property inspections
- Assist in coordinate tenant/owner move in/outs and tenant welcome packages
- Assist tenants/owner with utilities set up, notice forms, leases, lease extensions and sublet contracts
- Assist with posting bill payments such as hydro, gas, water and garbage (generally in the form of cheque preparation)
- Liaise with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors in a professional manner
- Send invoices and follow up with tenants/owners regarding payment date and method
- Send notices to owners, tenants regarding repairs, maintenances and coordinate the same
- Assembling mailers and packages
- Completing reporting and documents required by governing bodies
- Complete communication documents which may include welcome package, newsletters and notices.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Team player and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in Property Management and Administration would be an asset
- Strong customer service, proactive and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, time manage and prioritize important tasks
- Required to work in office

Compensation will be based on related experience or transferable skills experience.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,500.00 per year
