We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Digital Products team and help us achieve our ambitious objectives in terms of sustainability, ESG performance, innovation and office operations.

In this role, you will be a key actor in the execution of our digital strategy. You will be involved in every step of selecting, rolling out and managing various business solutions as they evolve. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the realities and needs of the business lines assigned to you and see to the delivery of an optimal, innovative digital experience.

**Your responsabilities**
- Define project objectives and the scope of deliverables in conjunction with various stakeholders;
- Define, justify and document business requirements;
- Help identify, select, evaluate and source the appropriate solutions;
- Document current business processes, map out target processes and work with users to facilitate the transition between the two;
- Contribute to determining the approach to be used to deploy solutions;
- Work with different levels of stakeholders (security, architecture, procurement, development, suppliers, etc.) on various initiatives;
- Contribute to the architecture and detailed design of solutions;
- Define functional specifications based on project requirements and development/integration constraints;
- Assist users in running acceptance tests;
- Oversee and proactively manage designated risks and problems;
- Help troubleshoot and solve incidents and issues;
- Advise and assist clients, adopting a continuous improvement and innovation mindset; help monitor market developments;
- Prepare opportunity and feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses for designated initiatives, as required.

**The key to success **
- Excellent capacity for analyzing business requirements;
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
- University degree in information technology or the equivalent;
- Five to ten years of relevant IT experience;
- Results-oriented, with a strong penchant for problem-solving;
- Strong leadership skills (persuasion, negotiation, facilitation, decision-making);
- Excellent communication skills; ability to adapt messages to suit target audiences (clients, executives, technical crews, consultants);
- Resourceful self-starter;
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment;
- Strong analytical and information-processing skills;
- Experience in BPMN or process mapping;
Preferred:

- Familiarity with the investment, ESG and/or real estate fields;
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies.
