We're seeking a highly motivated **Fintech SaaS Sales Representative **to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into satisfied customers. Your deep understanding of both SaaS sales and the Fintech industry will be key to your success.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**: Proactively identify, qualify, and convert potential clients within the Fintech space. Conduct in-depth needs assessments, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- **Customer Success**: Maintain ongoing communication with clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and contributing to long-term client retention.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies within the Fintech space.
**Requirements**:
- **Proven SaaS Sales Experience**: Demonstrated success in selling SaaS solutions within the Fintech industry.
- **Fintech Industry Expertise**: Deep understanding of the Fintech landscape and its challenges.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences in both French and English.
- **Results-Oriented & Adaptable**: Driven to achieve sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience in Alternative/Subprime/Payday lending
- Experience in high-growth startups
