**About us**:
FreshFind began during the pandemic as a platform for farmers markets to modernize their operations and do e-commerce. We currently offer professional services and an online e-commerce tool for local vendors of all kinds across Canada. We are on a mission to empower amazing local, independent producers to make their passions & creations more accessible.
**What is the main goal for the project?**
- Grow the number of vendors on the platform
- Account management and support for existing platform vendors
- Growth opportunity consultation and analysis for existing platform vendors
**Responsibilities**:
To accomplish this, we expect that you will:
- Supporting new vendors with onboarding process, following up, ask feedbacks, provide supports and offer reminders
- Contacting existing vendors, sharing latest platform updates, asking vendors' business progress as well as service feedbacks
- Analyzing and improving business development and recruitment process (ie. social media, website)
- Analyzing sales and communications strategies and providing recommendations
- Creating resources for vendor success (marketing and advertising materials, product listing analysis, competitive product pricing analysis, shipping recommendations, etc.)
**Qualifications**:
- **Currently enrolled in a postsecondary program with relevant discipline**:
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Preference will be shown for those that have prior customer service, account management, or consulting experience
- Professional Knowledge on MS office/Google

**What support will you receive in completing the project?**
You will work closely with the Sales Coordinator & Business Development Lead who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to your tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
