Payfare’s suite of products include Payfare branded and co-branded mobile banking apps and a debit/prepaid card that allows gig workers to get paid instantly, earn cashback rewards and get access to no-fee banking. Based on a microservice architecture, Payfare’s core platform has proven capabilities of processing high volumes of payments.

**Job Overview**

The Account Management will be responsible for and have experience in the management, stewardship and relationship building with clients internal stakeholders within a fast-paced, high-growth technology focused environment. Payments and banking experience a benefit.

**Reports To**

Chief Strategy Officer

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Support client and program success by being the go-to point of contact for all client requests
- Solutions driven and hands on, to coordinate between internal stakeholders, external partners and clients to drive new program features and projects to successful implementation
- Learns and demonstrates deep understanding of internal operations and teams, including Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Compliance, Fraud, Business Intelligence (reporting) and Finance
- Identifies and quantifies new business opportunities, initiatives, and experiments to enable organization growth
- Prepare for and lead client meetings, including preparation of agendas, notes and presentation decks
- Review and manages monthly reporting metrics to ensure partnerships are performing to optimal levels
- Maintains regular communication with the Senior Management team in regards to partnership development and performance

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 5+ years experience managing large partnerships
- A post Secondary degree, Business Administration is a plus
- A results and metrics-driven approach to meet and exceed partnership key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Strong relationship management skills and an aptitude for identifying opportunities and building and presenting business cases
- A preference for working in an open and collaborative cross functional team environment
- Knowledge of payments and fintech a benefit
- Great presentation skills and comfortable with demonstrations and leading meetings
