We are currently looking for a Training Coordinator to join Georgia Main Food Group Limited and its banners: IGA and Fresh St. Market. As a dedicated Trainer, you will make the most out of the internal talent pool and help them to develop their full potential by supporting the organization's learning and development strategy. This position requires an individual who is highly passionate about improving learning through technology, is proactive and needs little direction from management. Travel within British Columbia is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer learning and development software and programs.
Provide expertise and ongoing support to configure and use the Learning Management System (LMS)
Train all site users in the use of the LMS in programs respective to different user levels and job roles.
Know, understand, and utilize various training program development software such as PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline.
Facilitate and deliver training programs as required
Maintain an awareness of current Learning and Development trends and issues through literature review, contact with peers at other organizations, and attendance at seminars, workshops, and educational programs.
Core member of GMFG's Learning and Development.

Qualifications:
Four years' recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Provincial Instructor Diploma Program (PDIP)
Content & Curriculum Development experience.
Proven specialized project experience with Microsoft's infrastructure tools and technologies, including Windows operating systems and Office 365.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terminology.
Ability to analyze operational problems and recommend innovative solutions, demonstrating time management skills.
Proven ability to plan and execute complex projects with strategic budgets and timelines.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
