We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.
Meaningful work you will be a part of
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Update documentation for new process(es) and associated training, as required
- Add required training for new and existing employees into Unipoint
- Track training of new and existing employees and identify gaps and/or expired training for production technicians
- Monitor and periodically review trainee training status and history, including training progress, launching required retraining and setting trainees on leave as required.
- Identify gaps and or expired training, and manage re-certification learning process
- Create, configure and manage training elements in MasterControl related to manufacturing training staff and materials, including courses and associated training materials, job codes, trainee and trainer profiles.
- Ensure new employees have taken mandatory training and follow-up with Training Manager, as required.
- Ensure training requirements are updated in Unipoint
- Re-instate expired training
- Support Training Manager with logistics, coordination and other administrative support, as required

- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates initiative and is resourceful
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (e.g., word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adept learner (i.e., can learn independently)
- Previous coordinator/assistant role is an asset
- Previous experience with knowledge management systems is an asset
- Previous experience with Unipoint and Master Control is an asset

Compensation
As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
- $50,000 - $75,000 (CAD Annually)
