We seek a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Administrative Associate. In this role, you will provide comprehensive sales support to agents, John King and Zoë Van Wyck. As a licensed real estate agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating all aspects of our business, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional client experiences, and successful transactions.
The compensation for this position is a base salary, bonuses for each closed transaction, a car allowance, and a commission split structure for transactions you conduct, with variable splits dependent on the origin of the lead (from Team or your own sphere of influence).
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee John King's client database, including past relationships and client touches
- Work to ensure effective client tracking and systems in the CRM platform, Lofty (formerly CHIME)
- Manage John's schedule and coordinate and confirm appointments
- Oversee the details of new listings, including preparing listing files and necessary paperwork
- Conduct client touch points, ensuring excellent customer service and relationship building
- Provide coverage and support to clients when John King is out of town or unavailable
- Assist with all paperwork for real estate transactions
- Prepare and execute Broker Open Houses, coordinating logistics and ensuring a seamless experience
- Coordinate and work with home stagers for client consultations and the home being prepared for market
- Liaise with photographers
- Coordinate the installation of signs, and perform installation of lockboxes and toppers
- Write and prepare property exposés
- Prepare weekly showing feedback reports for clients
- Be the designated agent for John’s Listings and Buyers
- Assist with John and his Buyer Clients as needed; showings, inspections, offer preparation and negotiations
- Work and develop your own SOI (sphere of influence) to build your network of clients
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using office software such as Google Suite, Matrix, GEOWarehouse and WebForms; Knowledge of NexOne and Lofty (formerly CHIME) is considered an asset
- Car and valid Drivers License
- Valid Ontario Real Estate License
