**THE POSITION**

The Performance Marketing Specialist will lead the charge in developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies across multiple digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the payment processing industry and how to effectively drive high-quality traffic that converts into customers. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with company goals and deliver exceptional ROI.

**A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL LOOK AFTER;**
- **Paid Media Strategy**: Collaborate on comprehensive paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms) to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee the creation, monitoring, and optimization of all paid advertising initiatives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Audience Targeting & Segmentation**: Use data to refine audience targeting, leveraging insights from the payment processing industry to reach businesses that need our solutions.
- **Conversion rate optimization**:Work with our marketing operations team to optimize the website for lead generation and conversions.
- **Ad Copy & Creative Development**: Work closely with the design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and persuasive copy that resonates with key audiences.
- **A/B Testing & Optimization**: Continuously test and refine ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance and drive conversions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive
- **Collaboration**: Partner with the product, sales, and broader marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across channels.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the paid media budget, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI across campaigns

KEY COMPETENCIES
- 5+ years in a performance marketing or paid advertising role, ideally within a B2B tech or fintech environment.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy.
- Understanding of the payment processing landscape, key audiences, and the customer journey.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Ability to craft persuasive, engaging ad copy and visuals that connect with target audiences.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth and delivering on KPIs
- Meticulous approach to campaign setup, budget management, and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally.
