**What Will Your Day Look Like?**

As our new Talent Coordinator, you will help drive and optimize the talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting screening calls and preliminary interviews.
- Develop assessment criteria as required.
- Coordinating and setting up interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Updating and streamlining talent databases.
- Handling contractual processes, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Solving administrative day-to-day challenges related to our office, region and talent acquisition.
- Preparing reports and handling data analyses on recruitment metrics.

**What Do You Bring to the Table?**
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordinator position.
- Post secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration is an asset.
- Experience assisting in scheduling interviews for different members of the department.
- Experience using an ATS or HRIS is an asset.
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes.
- Proficient in tracking recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask between competing priorities and maintain deadlines.
