**Who we need**
Our Talent team is growing and we are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Advisor**, reporting to Manager, Talent Acquisition. You are passionate about attracting quality talent and driven to shape and execute creative talent acquisition strategies. You enjoy building strong relationships and recruiting talent for a wide scope of roles in financial/insurance industries.

**What you will focus on**
**What you bring**:
- ** The education and experience.** You have a background in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources, including in-depth experience in full-cycle recruitment in a corporate and/or an agency setting. Previous experience recruiting for Finance, Insurance or Technical roles preferred. You have expertise in building talent attraction and sourcing strategies, leveraging social media platforms to drive recruitment efforts. You are a passionate DEIB champion who can educate and support hiring managers in recognizing and eliminating bias and barriers in talent acquisition.

You take the initiative to seek opportunities to support the growth of the organization through robust talent pipelines, exceptional talent acquisition, and continuous improvement.
