Business Account Manager

- **Responsibilities**:
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with retailers and 3PL/4PL, understand their needs and to ensure increase renewal revenue.- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts, from onboarding to ongoing status.- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. You will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.- Communicate well and clearly, taking the time to understand user feedback and incorporate into recommendations and requirements while managing expectations with respect to go live dates and other key timelines.- Actively work with client for escalations, follow up, and overall project management.- Document and track project progress, deliverables. Also provide updates and guidelines to clients and team members.- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.- Work closely with all internal teams to drive towards excellence and results for your clients.- Achieve sales targets to meet the overall goals of the business.
**Qualifications**:
- 3 years' experience in logistics, or third-party brokerage or light asset-based company including delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs- Flexibility and ability to travel and meet with customers.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.- Excellent negotiating, problem-solving and closing skills- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and measured manner.
