Medical Receptionist

Minimum Requirements:
- High School graduate O.S.S.D.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar organization
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
- Proficiency in MS office and Gmail
- Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset
- Experience with any EMR is an asset
Main Duties:
- Greeting and assisting patients
- Problem-solving and ensuring patient satisfaction
- Reviewing treatment plans with patients and maximizing treatment compliance
- Effective scheduling, working with multiple practitioner schedules
- Accurate billing
- Opening and distributing mail
- Preparing blood work requisitions
- Preparing product orders and creating shipments
- Performing other office related duties as required
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Mondays Open-Close (normally 9am-5pm)
Thursdays Open-Close (normally 9am-4pm)
