Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper

Job description
**Responsibilities**:
Archiving all the financial documents, including all the invoices, statements, and any other reimbursement records
Calculate and prepare payroll
Coordinate with internal colleagues and partner businesses
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
May at times be assigned other duties as needed to complement the overall team
**Requirements**:
- Experience in administrative assistant or bookkeeper is an asset
- Experience in QuickBooks Software and payroll is an asset
- Excellent communication and organization skills; detail-oriented, team player and a quick learner
- Remote cooperation ability
- Experience working in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
- Mandarin is an asset
