**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Manage office tasks to ensure the company meets profitability goals while providing an exceptional experience to all clients, exceeding their expectations
- Develop and maintain sales information to meet milestones and completion dates
- Maintain, track, and report financial aspects of projects including Subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts, and billings.
- Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and culture
- Perform pre-qualifying sales calls with potential leads while gathering all relevant information
- Learn and utilize our sales process to be applied while answering calls and scheduling appointments
- Light social media tasks such as scheduling posts, blogs and videos. Some filming on-site and interviewing clients.

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience working in the construction environment
- Experience with management software tools and current technology (Google drive, Excel, CRM tools, etc)
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in sales

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
