Administrative Associate

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Diploma or BA in business, administration, or similar.
- One plus years experience.
**Competencies**:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Quality driven, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
- Excellent research skills, advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to summarize, interpret, and translate information for reporting
- Ability to work as a team member, work well unsupervised and with mínimal direct supervision
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and passionate to deliver results
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)
- Experience developing/supporting internal and external communications
- Strong command of the English language
- Experience in content writing and copywriting is considered an asset.
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred but not mandatory
- Experience supporting business development and customer service team members an asset
**Responsibilities**:
- The following responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
- Conduct market research on projects, industry trends, and competitors
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing content (i.e. creative briefs, asset creation, photography and video production, media, etc.)
- Assist in customer and prospect research, and compile related reports
- Analyze and report on trends and pricing
- Prepare reports, presentations and spreadsheets
- Design and produce printed & digital literature
- Design and creation of advertising, media, and promotional content
- Manage various social media platform accounts
- Create and distribute monthly Actlabs newsletter
- Respond to inquiries through social media
- Support trade show initiatives through booking travel, scheduling, materials, and onsite presence as appropriate
- Support the Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Service teams through the creation of quotes, and general administrative support
- Ensure that workplace health and safety requirements are met
- Other tasks and responsibilities as appropriate for an Administrative Associate
