**JOB OVERVIEW**:
Are you a Senior Manager with collections experience looking for an exciting opportunity? KT Partners is looking to hire a Senior Manager/Collections to join our team in Vaughan.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with the partner and other senior stakeholders to determine values and mission, and plan for the Firm’s short and long-term goals.
- Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Oversee and maintain office and accounting operations.
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Generate A/R aging and payment received reports.
- Maintain follow-up with clients to ensure payment commitments are met.
- Following up with customers on any billing issues and collections.
- Prepare correspondence related to delinquent account balances.
- Prepare monthly feedback reports on payment collections.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Post secondary education in accounting preferred.
- Experience working in the accounting industry preferred.
- Strategic planning and business development skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with solid interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- Extensive understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles.
- Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills.
- Strategic planning and conceptual thinking skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking and detailed-oriented skills
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable.
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting the position.
