If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Eco Choice Windows & Doors, a leading window and door company, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of services and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management preferably in the windows & door industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles is a plus.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
