Secretary/administrative Assistant

Answering the phone, filing, typing quotations, invoicing, doing mailings, ordering, payroll, bookkeeping, doing bank deposits, arranging shipments by UPS or FedEx and planning travel arrangements for the president.
Software requirements:
Word, Excel, Outlook
Simply Accounting training to be provided by company.
**Salary**: $17.00-$21.90 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pointe-Claire, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
