**Accountabilities: How You Will Make an Impact**:
Reporting to the Director Talent Management & Recruitment, the HR Coordinator - Learning & Development will support the Talent Management function and contribute to Kinectrics’ strategic objectives of being a learning organization and nurturing a learning culture.
- Support the Manager, Learning and Development in developing and delivering companywide training and leadership and personal development e-learning initiatives, while reinforcing Kinectrics’ competency model and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Consult with stakeholders to understand their training and development needs and those of their team members.
- Support the Learning Management System (LMS) process owner to ensure an effective, consistent, and user-friendly learning environment.
- Serve as the LMS Administrator for HR - review and manage training, qualification and system requests from users and secondary administrators, provide support as necessary, and execute changes in the LMS as required.
- Provide administrative support to maintain the internal Talent Management and other HR internal webpages.
- Maintain training completion records and course accreditation ensuring strong attention to detail and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Create, manage, and analyze training metrics using dashboards and reports in the LMS, as well as other Talent Management reporting needs (using Excel and others).
- Support technical and on-the-job learning programs.
- Develop an understanding of the various business units.
- Provide support to other functional areas in HR and assist the HR team in delivering employee-focused HR programming as required.

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- Education and Experience:_
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as human resources, learning and development, training, or education is required.
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles and e-learning best practices.
- Experience using LMS platforms to deliver learning initiatives.
- Understanding of needs assessment, course development and evaluation is an asset.
- Experience using Articulate or another course authoring tool is an asset.
