As our Business Development Representative, your daily life at Threeosix will involve strategic planning to enhance client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and expand our market share. You will be a leader in developing relationships with clients and stakeholders, conduct market analysis to inform project feasibility, and negotiate contracts that align with our company’s objectives. Your expertise in project management and preparation, coupled with your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, will be pivotal in steering complex deals to success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence;
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities within the Energy, Mechanical, Mining, and Industrial sectors;
- Engage with potential clients through networking events, industry conferences, and direct outreach;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs;
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements;
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage sales cycle from initial contact to sealing the agreement;
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive analysis, and potential for new products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of 5+ years of business development success within the construction industry;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field will be considered an asset;
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
