Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales who is looking for the possibility of management? We are looking for a Sales Development Representatives Team Lead to join our team and help drive our sales process while working closely with the You'll be responsible for responding to new leads, qualifying prospects, and building relationships with customers using consultative selling techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with leads to qualify and conduct initial discovery of their requirements
- Identify potential customer needs and match them with Veem's product offerings
- Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner
- Successfully and accurately answer prospect questions and provide appropriate additional information
- Building a sales pipeline for the AEs
- Achieving defined productivity goals and KPIs
- Leverage CRM tools to effectively prospect and organize leads
- Assist Director of Sales with onboarding and training of SDRs
- Assist SDRs to achieve their goals and motivate them to succeed
- Provide real time coaching and feedback to SDRs
- Sharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to growth

**SaaS tech sales experience required**

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years Sales experience
- SaaS tech cold calling experience
- Sales expertise
- Leadership initiative
- Relationship building
- Planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tenacious, hard-working, highly organized and self-motivated with a strong desire to develop professionally
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and understand new software quickly
- Self-starter with high energy
