Sales Development Representative

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Net2phone Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and qualify potential customers in various verticals and geographic locations across Canada
- Engage with prospects through outbound phone calls and ensure a high level of professionalism
- Collaborate with the SDR Manager to develop campaigns that meet lead quality and quantity standards
- Report to the SDR Manager and work closely with the sales and marketing departments
- Achieve defined productivity goals and contribute to the success of the sales team
Requirements
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- 1+ year of experience in retail, hospitality, or software sales
- Post-secondary education
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM is an asset
- Energetic, outgoing, and charismatic with excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple apps and platforms with ease
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach
