**POSITION OVERVIEW**
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads generated through various channels, as well as conducting cold prospecting to identify new business opportunities. Your goal will be to move leads through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent and effective communication, and coordinating with senior team members to close deals. Additionally, you will support the sales process with essential administrative tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales methodology.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and nurture leads generated by the company through networking, events, digital ads, and other channels.
- Conduct cold prospecting focused on specific industries and geographies to generate new business opportunities.
- Move prospects through the sales pipeline by maintaining consistent communication, providing information, and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members, including owners and partners, to close deals.
- Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, such as data entry, CRM updates, and preparing sales materials.
- Revise and enhance sales tools, including templates and workflows, to continuously improve the sales methodology at IC360.
- Track and report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Experience in the Managed Services industry is an asset.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingualism is an asset).
- Self-starter with high initiative and the ability to run their own sales pipeline.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
