ABOUT THIS TEAM
Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday
**Shift**: 3:00PM-11:30PM
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Supports the Office Manager with the overall office management of a DC Campus
- Supports with mail receipts and distribution for their building
- Coordinates meetings by booking space and coordinating supplies
- Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies
- Plans and executes employee engagement events for the DCs ex: holiday party, ordering food trucks, rewards, and recognition, etc.
- Supports with scheduling travel arrangements and itineraries
- Reviews manager expense claims for accuracy and adherence to policy
- Prepares and processes invoices in the companies invoicing and expense system
- Supports with budget tracking for their building
- Assists with tracking and informing Managers, P and C and Talent Acquisition on status of new hire in the applicant tracking system
- Will perform other duties as requested by the Director of the Distribution Center

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of experience in clerical or administrative support duties preferred
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Excellent team player and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with the business both verbal and written
- Extraordinary customer service, organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to a growing changing environment
- Competent within Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
- Valid drivers license
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and strong judgement
- Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits Package
**Target Bonus**: 5%
**Total Target Base Pay Range**: $24.83 - $29.24/hour
**Additional Shift Premiums**: $1.00 - $1.25, depending on location
