We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our doctors schedules. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a dental office setting who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in sales.
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with other staff members as needed
- Collect and verify patient insurance information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal patient care
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
