Head Chef

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a creative and diverse menu, while ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in all dishes.
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and coaching.
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation, while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the kitchen is adequately stocked.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients, and incorporate them into the menu and daily operations of the kitchen.
- Work with the front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless and efficient dining experience for guests.
- Manage the kitchen budget, including food and labor costs, and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Experience in menu planning and development, with a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
- Ability to manage a busy kitchen and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and its maintenance.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
