**About the Role**:
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and supporting our employees. As the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including:
- **Talent Acquisition and Onboarding**:Attracting and recruiting top talent, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees.
- **Employee Relations**: Building strong relationships with employees, fostering open communication, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- **Performance Management**:Implementing performance evaluation systems, providing feedback and coaching to employees, and facilitating professional development opportunities.
- **Benefits Administration**: Managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting employee well-being.
- **Culture and Engagement**: Championing a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and promoting company values.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
