**The Office Assistant/Community Associate**

TCC Canada is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented person who excels at offering outstanding client experience.

Our Community Associates are the front line and represent the TCC brand. The role is very diverse; therefore, you must excel in and enjoy multi-tasking.

**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Provide exceptional client service by going the extra mile for our clients & members
- Create a welcoming environment: assist members in a friendly, patient and professional manner
- Assist in managing the location in daily activities
- Relationship management with property manager and landlord
- Conduct tours to show the office space
- Help cover front desk and answer phone during business hours
- Inventory and procurement for kitchen and common areas
- Enter details for client monthly invoicing
- Accounts receivable reporting & follow up with members
- Receive, sort and organize mail and send packages

**About you**
- Customer service and/or hospitality experience an asset
- Detail-oriented with high standards
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and able to build strong relationships with our members
- Easily adapts to fast-changing situations
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
