Leading Edge Entertainment is a premier home automation and home cinema installer based in Abbotsford, British Columbia. We provide our clients with state-of-the-art technology installations and configurations for their home while offering exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator who can join and support our team. You are a self-motivated individual who is organized and delights in an organized work environment.

You care about the client’s experience with the company to ensure the company’s long-term success. You support the team by asking if anyone needs help. You are outgoing, eager to learn, and excited to improve processes.

As the Office Administrator, you will be helping behind the scenes, being the go-between for the sales and install teams to make sure everything runs smoothly. You will speak with clients for scheduling so you will be clear and precise on the phone.

**Specific duties include**:

- Receiving, maintaining, and updating general client information.
- Assisting with receivables.
- Gathering information from installers for client profiles.
- Scheduling upcoming jobs, communicating with clients and installers.
- Drive to our shop location in Aldergrove to gather paperwork from installers.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment
- Reliable, and organized
- Able to work as part of a team and take direction as needed
- Resourceful and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Above-average time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in the following: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Apps, Quickbooks Online, WhatsApp.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
