**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files (physical and digital).
- **Bookkeeping**: Process invoices and payments, reconcile bank statements, categorize expenses, and generate basic financial reports (using Excel).
- **Receipt Management**: Organize and categorize receipts from purchases and expenses.

**Requirements**:

- **Computer Proficiency**: Strong understanding of common office software, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- **Organization and Attention to Detail**: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain a consistent workflow.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and colleagues.
- **Software Skills**: Familiarity with accounting software (a plus) and other relevant programs for administrative functions.

Responsabilités:

- **Tâches administratives**: Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du bureau, y compris la prise de rendez-vous, la gestion des calendriers et l'organisation des fichiers (physiques et numériques).
- **Tenue de livres**: Traiter les factures et les paiements, rapprocher les relevés bancaires, catégoriser les dépenses et générer des rapports financiers de base (à l'aide d'Excel).
- **Gestion des reçus**: Organiser et classer les reçus des achats et des dépenses.

Exigences:

- **Maîtrise de l'informatique**: Solide compréhension des logiciels de bureau courants, en particulier Microsoft Excel pour l'analyse et la création de rapports de données.
- **Organisation et souci du détail**: Être très organisé et avoir le sens du détail pour assurer l'exactitude des tâches de saisie de données et de comptabilité.
- **Gestion du temps**: Capacité à prioriser les tâches, à gérer les délais et à maintenir un flux de travail constant.
- **Communication**: Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale pour interagir efficacement avec les fournisseurs et les collègues.
- **Logiciels**: Connaissance d'un logiciel de comptabilité (un atout) et d'autres programmes pertinents pour les fonctions administratives.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
