We're seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to play a pivotal role in maintaining our employee records and supporting HR transactions. In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records, processing HR transactions such as new hires and status changes and managing employee absences in compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, and HR databases.
- Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Process HR transactions, such as new hire paperwork, employment verifications, and salary changes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in all transactions.
- Manage and oversee employee absences, sick leave, and disability, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves.
- Manage the department’s inbox and address queries accordingly.
- Prepare HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and termination letters.
- Assist with drafting HR policies, procedures, and other documentation as needed.
- Support vendor onboarding process and coordinate invoices for payment.
- Assist with ES projects and initiatives, such as system implementations, policy updates, and process improvements.
- Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
- Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Teamwork skills
- BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field
