HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
**Duties**:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with excellent phone etiquette
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance as needed
- Support the planning and execution of HR initiatives and programs, such as training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide exceptional customer support to patients and address their inquiries or concerns promptly
**Skills**:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: From $47,865.00 per year
