**What's the position?**

We are looking for a HR & Office Administrator who will support HR administration for our team members across the globe and assist in the
recruitment, onboarding and new hire process, and ensure accurate HRIS database records and process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes throughout the organization. As part of your role, you will also assist in general office support.

Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with the US HRBP, the Managing Director - Games and the Talent Acquisition teams, and to create a team environment producing high performance results.
- Update HRIS database records and process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding and new hire process
- Complete local documentation verification for new employees
- Assist in providing new hire orientations including an overview of HR and Benefits
- Process all employee data changes
- Process terminations and termination payments accurately and timely
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS issues.
- Train employees on how to use company systems and technology.
- Own administration for our local office including identifying and liaising with suppliers.
- Coordinate with IT on needs for computers and other office equipment.
- Assist with the coordination of special events for office including lunches, training events, holiday party planning and any employee engagement activities, etc.

- Experience in HR administration and/or an office administration role focusing on all or most of areas described above
- Self-motivated; able to support the people agenda with mínimal supervision
- Solutions led approach to work, you bring the answers not the questions
- Experience delivering HR administration with the view always to improvement and better ways of working
