We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized **Business Development Support Representative** for our Lendcare subsidiary

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as administrative support for the **Business Development** team
- Coordinate with Business Development representatives on collecting and reviewing Partnership documentation
- Validating information submitted by Partners by conducting detailed document review, research, background and reference checks
- Liaising with Partners - obtaining clarifications and further information when required
- Maintain and organize files relevant to the business develpoment process
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in an administrative role (Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Data Entry, Office Manager, etc)
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and pleasant telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Bilingual in French is an asset
- Fulltime availability to work in our Pickering, ON office; Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM

**Salary**: $33,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
