Business Development Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Set up appointments and meetings for Senior Business Development Representatives with potential partners
- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Reach out and introduce the decision maker to LendCare and sell them on our solutions
- Support the Senior Business Development Representatives in successfully closing deals with partners
- Collect and review partnership documentation
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in sales and/or business development
- Experience in cold calling, appointment-setting, and outbound phone calls is an asset
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in using software solutions such as CRMs, Soft Phones, Virtual Meetings, Digital Contract Signing
- Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in **Pickering, ON**
