As the General Manager, you will be at the helm of house operations, overseeing the day-to-day management of our restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspired individual who is eager to make their mark in the hospitality industry and be part of a growing brand.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead by example to maintain our restaurant's high standards of service, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and personal growth.
Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop innovative features and dining experiences.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to support the restaurant's success.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting, P&L management, and inventory control.
**Flexibility to work as needed**: this can include a combination of evenings, weekends, and holidays.A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
